Soooo... you may have noticed I've been MIA for a while now, but I wanted you all to know that I'm still alive and very well, and my absence from blogging has been for the greater good.
I've been working on tweaking my vegan training program to make it even better than before. I've also been making the rounds and speaking at a lot of local events, spreading the word about the health benefits of a plant-based diet and explaining how animal foods promote and directly lead to disease.
And, in case you're not a subscriber to my YouTube channel, I've included my most recent talk below, from The Plant-Based Women's Tour held in Rancho Cucamonga. I hope that you'll "like" and share it on social media to help me save lives - both the 2-legged and 4-legged kind:
If you'll be in Southern California over the next couple weeks or if you live in the area, I'd love to meet you in person! So be sure to come out and say hello at one of the upcoming, FREE, plant-based events where I'll either be speaking and dropping vegan truth bombs, or where you'll find me running around as a co-organizer. Hope to see you all soon!:
