A fulfilled spirit is such a vital component to overall health, yet the word spirit often brings to mind religion or some mystical, “woo woo” type of subject. However, I use the word spirit to describe that inner part of each living being that desires a sense of peace and well being. These feelings, which most everyone longs for, are greatly lacking in this day and age, in my opinion.

This connection has been shown to affect our body’s acidity level, inflammation, blood pressure, our ability to heal, and many other incredible functions of the body.
