Easter is fast approaching, and vegans and the lactose-intolerant are so lucky to be alive at this time in history because there have never been more dairy-free and delicious options to choose from. Check out the extensive list below, in alphabetical order:

Aldi

Moo Free Easter eggs are made by a company called Aldi and come in a variety of vegan chocolate flavors such as original, bunnycomb, and cheeky orange. Both the original flavor and cheeky orange are organic.

Amanda’s Own Confections

Amanda’s Own Confections makes all non-dairy candy and offers a great selection for Easter including bunnies, eggs, lollipops, lambs, crosses, sunflower cups, and present-shaped chocolates.

Booja Booja Egg

Booja Booja Eggs (shown above) are hand-painted eggs that hold plant-based truffles. These delicacies recently won an Easter egg contest, scoring 89 out of 100 for taste. Flavors include hazelnut crunch, almond, and sea salt caramel.

Chococo

Chococo hand makes dairy-free, Madagascan dark chocolate Easter eggs covered in gorgeous hard shells crafted with cocoa butter and spirulina.

Chocolate Emporium

Chocolate Emporium is like heaven for vegan chocolate lovers. In addition to their standard fare, they sell a variety of vegan Easter options including foiled eggs, cream eggs, bunny and egg pops, Easter peanut butter cups, and several flavors of Easter bunnies including butterscotch, strawberry, white and dark chocolate.

Chocolate Inspirations

Chocolate Inspirations has one of the larger assortments of vegan chocolate that I found, and they have a few tasty-looking options for Easter including bunnies and gift baskets. Their bunnies even come in several flavors such as fudge and salted caramel.

Coracao

If you’re looking for a colorful, vegan egg to use for your Easter egg hunt, Coracao makes the perfect, plant-based egg! These non-dairy, soy-free, and gluten-free truffles come in multiple flavors which include salted caramel, almond butter, and superberry. Best of all, they’re sweetened with only coconut sugar, so they’re a healthier option than traditional Easter candy.

Creek House

Creek house sells incredible vegan chocolates and truffles in addition to their plant-based Easter eggs, bunny and egg gift set.

Divine Treasures

In addition to their vast assortment of standard, vegan chocolates, Divine Treasures offers several bunnies, eggs, and a hen for Easter.

Divvies

Divvies is an U.S. based, east coast company that offers a wide selection of vegan desserts including vegan chocolate bunnies, dinosaurs, and plant-based chocolate bars and chips.

Ethereal Confections

All of Ethereal Confections chocolate is dairy-free and gluten-free, and they make wonderful vegan bunnies, ducks, chicks, and truflles, as well as something they call Jelly Bean Bark, made with vegan-friendly jelly beans.

Gabriella Chocolates and Confections

Although most of Gabriella’s chocolates contain dairy and/or eggs, this company does have a couple of vegan-friendly options including their dark chocolate bunny and their dark chocolate peanut clusters.

Harbor Candy Shop

This east coast-based candy company offers some unique vegan chocolate options for Easter including a vegan chocolate duck, a pair of vegan chocolate “Edwardian” rabbits, vegan chocolate quail eggs, and more.

Holland And Barrett

Holland and Barrett make dairy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free chocolate Easter eggs that are also organic and made with Fair Trade chocolate.

Hotel Chocolat

This company makes one of the cutest chocolate, Easter bunny rabbits I’ve ever seen, and it just so happens to be dairy-free and vegan-friendly.

Lagusta’s Luscious

This 100 percent vegan chocolatier makes some unique plant-based chocolate options, which carries over to their Easter line. At Lagusta’s Luscious you’ll find a creative assortment including their vegan chocolate Velveteen Rabbit, a floppy-eared bunny in solid chocolate or peanut butter mousse, “milk” chocolate marble eggs, and more.

Lake Champlain

Lake Champlain offers a variety of vegan chocolate for Easter or anytime of the year, including dark chocolate bunnies, a carrot, chocolate covered orange peels, vegan chocolate coins, and more.

Lindt

Chocolate mega-giant Lindt makes a dark chocolate Easter bunny that is completely dairy-free

Mama Ganache

These Fair Trade and Organic certified chocolate Easter bunnies and Easter eggs are 100 percent vegan and can be shipped from the store in San Luis Obispo, California. Be sure to check out the vegan page on their website where you’ll find a unique assortment of plant-based chocolate candy, including white truffle bunnies and cute, little candies in the shape of a sleeping cat.

No Whey

No Whey Foods also offers a delicious plant-based M & M type of candy as well as numerous vegan candy options including “Mini Pea -Not Cups,” bunnies, eggs, lollipops, and truffles.

Obsessive Confection Disorder

At Obsessive Confection Disorder you’ll find hand-formed, vegan chocolate-dipped peanut butter eggs, and their “Sweet Dream Eggs” which sound incredible and are wrapped in foil.

Plamil

Plamil offers what they call a “milk chocolate alternative egg” that contains no dairy, nuts, or gluten. This plant-based chocolate Easter egg comes wrapped in gold foil and the package boasts “no plastic packaging” so it’s environmentally-friendly all the way around.

Pure Lovin’

Pure Lovin’ is Canadian-based and an artisan, vegan chocolate company run by a mother and daughter team. In addition to their plant-based gift sets and assortment of unique and fun shapes, you’ll find several chocolate Easter bunnies, a crème filled chocolate chick, an orange and crème filled chocolate carrot, and chocolate Easter eggs.

Rose City Vegan Chocolatier

Rose City offers numerous vegan Easter chocolates including miniature animal shapes, boxed sets, bunny collections, and Flop Eared Freddy – a full-size plant-based chocolate bunny.

Sjaak’s

Sjaak’s is a 100 percent vegan chocolate company with a great assortment of Easter specialty items to choose from. Options include theirMelk Bunny Lollipop, a Peanut Butter Crunch Egg, a Fudge Egg With Almond Butter, bags and tubs of dark chocolate eggs, an Almond Butter Bunny, vegan caramel eggs, and more.

Unreal

Unreal is a company that I recently came across at the Natural Products Expo in Anaheim and OMG! Their vegan peanut butter cups and chocolate gems (their plant-based version of an M & M) are incredible! All of their products are 100 percent plant-based with the exception of their milk chocolate gems. 

Vegan Treats Bakery

Vegan Treats Bakery has an assortment of chocolate Easter eggs with plant-based cream (known as their Veganbury Egg) or peanut butter filling, as well as boxes containing a mix of their vegan treats that are perfect for Easter gift-giving.
