A Poor Soul Can Never Equal A Rich Bank Account And Life
I was recently reminded, after reading a fellow bloggers post, that there are people in this world that can be vicious and selfish. While we may be tempted to condemn and label them as rude or vicious, we need to take a step back and remember that they’re most likely operating from a “scarcity mindset”. Perhaps some compassion is in order, because what these people fail to realize is, their actions, beliefs and poverty stricken souls will only attract pain, stress, and eventually loss, in every area of their life. You cannot attract wealth or live a rich and fulfilled life for very long, if you have a poor soul.
You Will Literally Repel Abundance And Happiness
When you have a core belief that there is “not enough to go around”, or when your actions and words show that you carry this sense of scarcity within you, you will quite literally repel abundance and happiness.
What Goes Around Comes Around
This saying is OH SO TRUE, and some people seem to think that because they have a lot right now, and they appear to be successful in the moment, that their misdeeds will not catch up with them.
When you hurt others out of your own selfishness, and refuse to share or give, little bits of your soul are lost throughout time, and what you put out into the universe will ALWAYS come back to you.
A Tightly Close Fist Holds Onto Money, But Is Also Not Open To Receive More
Instead of worrying about someone else having more than you, or becoming more successful than you, remind yourself that there is MORE than enough for everyone, and know that the universe has an infinite amount of resources that will be directed and given to those that have learned to share.
You Can’t Fool Mother Nature Or Newton’s Law
Having an “abundance mindset” will draw more to you, but you can’t fool mother nature or Newton’s Law which states, “for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction”, so you can’t just fake it, you’ve got to really get to a place in your heart where you honestly feel it. This is something that Oprah recently talked about on her Life Class, and they are words to live by!
Giving Without Giving Up Anything
Giving and living with an abundant mindset does not necessarily mean pulling out your wallet. It can be something as simple and generous as feeling true happiness for others. Answer these question to find out if you have a wealthy and generous spirit, and if you are living with an abundance mindset:
- Do you feel joy when others receive something that they need or want?
- Are you excited to give someone a gift that you know they’ve wanted?
- Are you happy for others when they are given good news?
You Need A Spirit Makeover
If you could not answer yes to the questions above, then you may need a spirit makeover. How do you make over your spirit? Discover the answers to these questions, and come to peace with what you find:
- What core beliefs are you carrying from your childhood? For example, was your family poor? Did you have to go without?
- Did others ever make you feel like you weren’t good enough, because of what you didn’t have, or lack of material possessions?
- What are you not happy with in your own life?
Living with abundance starts with being at peace with your own life, and being happy with what you have. Focusing on others will only keep you from reaching this place of happiness, so turn your focus inward and start working on making peace with your past, or changing your present.
