So it’s the week of Christmas and you’re like, “oh, crap! I totally forgot Aunt Edna, and she’s going to be at Christmas dinner. What the hell am I gonna get for her?”.
Then nightmarish thoughts start swirling in your head about the mall, and how you’ll have to wear your cross fit shoes and parka just to make it to the door, after you circle the parking lot for 50 minutes and finally settle on a spot in Siberia. Four hours later, you emerge with a scarf- clearly a gift for someone that you truly know nothing about and haven’t been to their house in decades.
Then you think, “hmmm, maybe a gift card?”. I mean, I’m sure you could find parking, get through the grocery store lines and back out of the parking lot in under 2 hours, right? ; ) But what card would you choose? Do you know where Aunt Edna shops? Do you know what restaurants are in her area? You realize, “uh, maybe not”.
What’s a last minute shopper to do?
2 Luxuries On Every Christmas List
If you’re like me, you like to give gifts that are unique and that the recipient will be excited about. Something that they would never consider purchasing for themselves, because they consider it to be a luxury.
Well, there are 2 things that really are luxuries in this world, and not to be taken for granted- health and time! So why not give Aunt Edna (and everyone else you love) both this year?
I’m so glad you asked… with vegetarian and vegan meal delivery services!
Plant Based Meal Delivery Services
The convenience of pre-made meals and curated menus is becoming exteremely popular, even with celebrities such as Beyonce, who jumped on the bandwagon and created a vegan meal delivery company with her personal chef.
So… I’ve compiled a list of companies below, that provide vegetarian and vegan pre-prepared meals that you simply heat and serve, or those that deliver all of the pre-measured, natural ingredients and recipes, so you can whip up vegetarian or vegan meals, and be eating a disease preventing, plant based masterpiece in no time at all.
As you’ll notice, some of these delivery services provide non-plant based menu options as well, and that delivery areas vary among companies:
Whatcha waitin’ for? Who doesn’t love more free time, and who hasn’t been vegan curious at one time or the other?
So, unless you just don’t like poor Aunt Edna, or you know you’re in her will and you don’t want to extend her stay (HA!), give her the gift of good health and more time to spend on the things that really matter in life- friends and family!!
